This is a dump, the water goes out several times a year. On Thanksgiving day the water went out so we were told to go to the mission for thanksgiving dinner. The water went out and when it came back on it damaged hundreds of dollars worth of personal stuff in our storage sheds that belonged to me and my neighbor. The main road was paved and we were told the side roads would also be paved, didn't happen and why wasn't the water lines fixed before they fixed the roads??? There is absolutely NOTHING for the kids here, they call it a family park, no, your told to stay in your yard, and the rent goes up every single year with no improvements to the park.
