Terrible company. They charge $1000 for their consultation which consisted of 2 people spending 1 hour measuring my pool. Then they called and ask if I cared if someone else could install my pool liner. I said ok and waited for 11 days, no one called. When I called dale's back, I was pushed back til after July. Months later than I was told. I told them to figure out what I owed them because I was going to have someone else install my pool liner. Well I got a crazy expensive bill. Now all dale's has done is come out and take measurements, that is when I found out about the $1000 fee!!!!! When I first talked to them in December, they were going to measure and install my pool liner. After that it was being passed off to another company who never called, excuses after excuses, delay after delay and the $1000 consultation fee. Don't buy into the "Aww shucks, Beverly hillbillies" act. They are about the money, not taking care of their customers.
