I bought the 60028 axle back for the 08 HHR, I have installed many exhaust systems during my 30 + yrs of wrenching, and have not run across one this difficult to install, if the right parts were sent, maybe. I could have installed 2 cat back systems with time to spare than what I have waisted on this axle back system. I have notified CGS on what I need for installation, been a week still waiting on parts, I could obtain parts locally, but for 300.00 I feel CGS should supply what I need. If no parts in couple more days, will be sending back and trying someone elses product. So far auto has been down 10 days. The problems you will encounter. and what you are going to need if deciding to use this system, is a STRAIGHT 2 1/4 ID X 2 1/2 OD X 6 1/2 long NOT the 22 1/2 Deg Bend head pipe CGS sends with the system. I guess R&D did not do much R&D Doug Stewart 970-625-3096
