Tahoe Food Technology is the leading provider of our patented OzoFume fumigation and sterilization systems. The OzoFume Process offers a residue free means of sterilizing or fumigating numerous food products in bulk, thus eliminating the need to repackage your product after treatment. Our patented process permeates into most packaging and will control insect pests, and microbiological issues that may be in the food product. The OzoFume Process is also a dry process so it is easily adapted to treat powders, spices, herbs, fruits, and vegetables. It is an organic certified process. We are presently offering licenses to practice our process as well as offering technical assistance for the installation of the process equipment in your facilities.
