Mr. Downs was my daughters lawyer for a traffic ticket. It was her third and we were a lot worried. He really eased our mine on our first meeting and when it came time for court he was there to help out. Now my daughter got very lucky as she received a PBJ from the court and a good talking to from Mr Downs and her parents. She now knows that speed control is very important.
