I purchased an expensive wired lighted doorbell button for back door. It was sealed in hard plastic package which kept me from seeing if it would work with my application. When I got it home and opened the package I saw how flimsy the backing plate and lack of room for wires from door bell to fit under the bell housing. Since it was packaged in this sealed plastic package and I couldn't see the product I am now stuck with a $20 door bell button I can't use and Lowes can't take back because package is opened. Not happy with Heathco LLC & their China manufacturer now with their packaging.
