Horrible contractor ! After OUR experience with them, I wouldn't trust them to do ANY work of ANY kind on our property ! Took them over a month to install 274 linear feet of 6' wooden dog ear privacy fence and even after repeated phone calls to Mike and Kathy Shamblin complaining of the sloppy work, and unbelievably slow progress, they continued to send the same lazy and inept crew with no supervision.
The fence run lengths were not planned to minimize splitting boards, fence posts were set unevenly spaced and obviously not checked for plumb, boards and fence posts were trimmed with a chainsaw and left ragged, gates were built with unequal widths and installed backwards, hinges were installed crooked, concrete spilled in the middle of our lawn was left for us to clean up and our front lawn was torn to pieces by their lift truck because they were too lazy to carry materials around the house and, on and on and on ....
When the Shamblin's finally DID show up to finish the job ( because their crew sure wasn't getting it done ) everything we pointed out was met with a totally unprofessional attitude and, at one point was stated ( by Mike Shamblin ) that we were "being picky" with the sloppy workmanship !
If you are looking for a QUALITY fence installed by a PROFESSIONAL contractor, N & S Custom Fence isn't it and you can find MUCH BETTER for the same cost ( maybe slightly more but, had we known then what we know now, N & S wouldn't have even been considered ).
