Professional & Amateur style boxing lessons, Cardio, fitness, physical fitness preparation for military Physical Fitness Test(PFT). Professional & Amateur boxing with great concentration on Cardio, fitness. Fitness programs to fit your needs and capabilities. Public servants and children 7 years and older are welcomed to join. We work a exercise routine that will adjust to your level of resistance and stamina. Lose weight, stay fit, trim, maintain weight, strengthening and friendly environment. The hours of operation are from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday. Prices are $100 membership and $75 per month. We also offer group memberships, family group discounts and one on one private lesson.
