Never use B&L Cement or EastCoast Construction. I had a driveway poured by them and as it dried dark brown blotches appeared. When I called to get Wayne to look at it, he promised he would come out and make sure it would be fixed. After many calls to him and to his partner at East Coast Construction nothing ever happened.
