My husband I were really impressed by these flooring professionals. We just had them put in new hardwood flooring and carpet. They were on time all the time during the 2 week installation process and finished when they said they would be finished. The installers (Rex for the hardwood and Steve for the Carpet) were very thoughtful & considerate as well as prompt paying special attention to the cleanliness of the job site and neatness with all there workmanship. They are true craftsman at this store in every way! I cannot express how happy I am with Carpets Direct.
