Historically this was a footpath along a grazing field connecting two farms. In so doing, he removed beautiful farmers rockwalls lining the grazing field, filled in a stormwater easement affecting the neighborhood and the runoff from Camp Wing, uprooted aged trees that now threaten neighboring homes. He claims this new road is an old public way, after 10 years of posted No Trespassing, Private Property. Trying to save a buck and circumvent Subdivision Control Law.

Would NEVER do business with John Baldwin. Research before you buy anything from him. Just ask around the neighborhood. History of dishonesty, disregard for the environment and of others. Trying to overdevelop wetlands in Duxbury and not follow town bylaws.
