The Best!! I have been a repeat customer of Carbone Plumbing & Heating Corp. of Mineola, NY since 2007. They provide excellent and speedy service even on holidays and during the late night hours. In past years, they have replaced my hot water tank, installed a pressure relief tank in my furnace room, arrived late one evening on Xmas Eve two years ago to repair a leaky water valve in my basement, and most recently, this past July, they replaced a dripping frost-free garden hose bib. My nephew phoned them one evening in 2013, at 11:15 pm, because his village's street sewer pipes were blocked and consequently waste water was backing up into his home's main drain pipe and flooding his finished basement. Mr. Richard Carbone arrived within 40 minutes with an 80 foot gas-powered auger and an equally long digital video snake camera. It was a two hour job but he stayed with it until he was 100% satisfied the clogged pipes were fully cleared and thoroughly tested by running the sink faucets coupled with repeated flushings of the toilets for 30 minutes.
