Stay far away from Tom. He preforms with old and outdated knowledge. He is unsatisfied with any and everything. He degrades employees in front of customers. He can't keep workers for that exact reason. I recommend searching for an updated, professional company to preform work for you. If not, you'll be paying triple for inadequate service.
