Living here has been kinda great and awful at same time. The onsite manager is my biggest concern-and makes me regret moving here. He is not nice, very presumptuous, and quite pompous. He has accosted me and my guests on multiple occasions and been incredibly judgmental and condescending. I love my apartment and the location, but in addition to being unkind to those he passes judgment on, the property manager can be very invasive and nosey. More than is needed to maintain a property like the RTA. Also the property owner likes to pretend she's the manager's assistant to hide her identity as owner from certain residents but not others; she lied to my face a few weeks ago about this; I can defend this with eyewitnesses. Anyhow, if the property manager were replaced, this place would be somewhat good, if not great. The owner should reconsider her choices for the RTA too perhaps, considering she decided to plant a Japanese maple tree in the common area rather than replace the outdated and coin-op laundry—one machine has been out-of-order for weeks.
