Mr. Kim's landscaping staff is excellent , but his front desk clerk & receptionist, Betsy is horrible. She is very rude & unprofessional. I called nicely about a problem and she bit my head off. She was rude, belittled me, and talked down to me even though I am a paying customer and have been for 2 years.

THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION - THIS LANDSCAPER IS A NIGHTMARE. They killed my lawn and wanted me to pay them to replace the sod. I pay for full lawncare with mowing weeding and trimming. But I live out of town and EVERY TIME I come home the work isn't done. WEEDS EVERYWHERE AND NOTHING TRIMMED. Then they have the nerve to lie and say it was an accident. AGAIN AND AGAIN? Also like to say its on the schedule. FOR WHEN? I PAY FOR MONTHLY! I guess I know why so many people had fired him since I bought a house in Apollo Beach 5 years ago. I hear from neighbors this is typical.
