Never Again
Not a chance for a recommendation. Stay away.
Every Mann
This is not so much a "recommendation" as it is a recommendation to take your business elsewhere. The GC on my new home construction wanted to go with another window company, but in a dour moment I chose Grayhawk because of a family member's previous experience with them. In what was quoted by Todd to be a 1-day installation, a 6-month comedy of errors ensued: every single window frame in the house cracked (some needing to be replaced 2 times); installer vandalized wood beams with spray-painted graffiti and masonry insulation with etched-in satanic messages & images; and the front doors they installed were hung and then spray painted on the spot--twice--and each time began chipping within days, so we ended up paying the house painter to do the job correctly. The install slated for October '12 finally reached completion in April '13, but with too many rooms of brand new drywall and hardwood framing having to be ripped out/redone and too much aggravation in the process.
