Absolutely pitiful company. We began a home project on Veteran's Day weekend 2019 and are still waiting on materials/wood pieces to come in as of July 2020. After waiting months for doors/materials to be fabricated, the wrong doors arrived and no apology was ever given. Incredibly terrible lack of communication and very rude staff. May be the worst company we've ever dealt with in West Virginia. A more appropriate company name would be "Non-Quality Woods". Whatever you do, do not attempt to work with these people or give them your business. You will regret it and be extremely frustrated.
