The one end of our shop is a retail meat counter where you can choose your favorite USDA Choice or Prime steak cut to order in front of you, or some homemade, all natural sausages or smoked meats like pastrami, summer sausage or jerky. The other service we offer is custom cutting of either wild game or domestic meats.
