I had the unfortunate luck of having my car towed by this company after I totaled it in an accident. The customer service I received was nothing short of appalling. . I had previously called and was told they closed at 5. Due to traffic, I was unable to be picked up and make it to Stan's until 5:10. However, there was a car parked outside the shop and a man inside counting out money from the day at the desk. I apologized that it was after 5, but explained my car had been totaled and I wanted to gather some of my belongings if possible. The guy immediately started giving me attitude and spoke to me in a condescending tone. He first lied about not having access to the lot after 5 and then refused to give me the number of some one else I could call to access my car. i had to explain several times why I needed to access my car & what I needed. When I was finally able to access me car I was told I had to run and collect my belonging & he was "sick of people taking advantage of him". I cut myself on the broken class and metal on my car trying to frantically collect my belongings. After collecting what I could this man continued to harass me as I left the garage. Despite the fact this man gave me nothing but attitude from the first time he opened his mouth I continued to be polite and even thanked him form his time. A business that lets employees treat customers with such vile behavior should be nothing less than disgusted with themselves
