Just returned from our trip to Italy. We can't thank you enough for your expertise in planning such a wonderful vacation. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Our family of 5 typically travels during the holidays, so we know how stressful it can be competing with large lines and confusion. I have to say, not once did we encounter any problems! Also, the second half of our trip we joined the Trafalgar Tour group and although we were apprehensive about travelling with a group, we had a fabulous trip thru Northern Italy.Having 3 teenagers with us (16, 18, 19) we were a little worried about them being bored. Our tour guide, Federica Ercolani, was amazing. Beautiful, intelligent and sooooo much fun -- the trip would not have been nearly as enjoyable without her. The bus and the drivers were fabulous, the unplanned side trips, the actual itinerary and the tours were fantastic! The other families were so much fun and some of us actually cried on the last night together -- what incredible memories our family will cherish. I am so pleased with your service and that of Trafalgar Tours I can't tell you. We are business-owners and really demand certain things on a vacation so I have to admit I was concered. But, from the first-rate hotels to the first-rate experience -- we would rate this experience as a 10 on a scale from 1-10! Thank you so much for delivering everything you promised and so much more.
