I am a customer of Alamo Pest Control. Not a happy customer. We used Cobb Energy as a termite control Co. They sold out to Alamo. So we now have a company that we did not choose. When I was not at home (I take care of all home repairs) they came for their annual inspection. The cost was $15.00 higher per year and we had not been informed of this prior to the visit. My husband was at home and mentioned to the inspector that we had caught a rodent in our trap. He immediately sold my him an annual contract for $385. per year. I cancelled the next day and was charged $10. for them to send a check. After I cancelled the man came back and sold my husband a one month contract for $150. By the tie I was informed of this it was too late to cancel.
