Nothing but problems since the day of my dog's funeral which Theresa even managed to screw up. Very poor customer service and communication from Theresa from the beginning. I have contacted corporate about my experience and have not heard from anyone. What a surprise! It's been 7 months since my dog has died and I have yet to find peace. Thank you for making a horrible experience even more horrible!
