There's not a way to give a zero star rating, which I would if it was possible. We had a very bad experience with Lemco. We had our original white oak floors refinished through Lemco and it was a bad choice. Lemco subcontracted the work out to a company that refinishes floors (we did not know this prior to agreeing that it would be a different company, it was not disclosed) and they did a horrible job. It was hard to communicate with them because we were dealing with both parties. When all was said and done Lemco did not stand up for the horrible work the contracted floor company did. We went with Lemco for this project because of their name and quality it turns out they just sent the work to someone and they did a horrible job. I WILL NOT GO WITH LEMCO AGAIN! Perhaps they do other things better that they dont sublet, but I do not know.
