This is literally one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Not only do the employees act as if you work for them, with terrible manors, but they cash grab at any whiff of a chance they get. They know they have a monopoly on the local market, so expect the worst when moving into a home that uses their water (which is terrible). If you don't pay on the exact day, you can't pay ahead and they charge a huge fee the day after, they cut your water off within an hour. Good luck getting it turned back on the week after paying. Their technology is also terrible; I've seen their infrastructure, such as their network, phones, and computers. I was able to log in to their entire network and access every device just via WiFi. So much for user financial and identity protection. Their website isn't even secured using an SSL certificate (meaning it's not HTTPS, in other words: secure).
