The MacDonald's at worth crossings of Charlottesville is fairly good, most times, Went there the other day, me and my wife were treated so rude by no one other then a female manager by the name of Stephanie, she seemed as if she didn't want to be there, she was very rude to my wife. As a owner of a local Charlottesville business, I would never treat my customers the way she treated us, I guess that may be because she's not the owner, but if the owner knew how some of his/her employees were, they probably wouldn't be working there, so I'm sorry to say but MacDonald's worth crossings have lost my business.

The MacDonald's at worth crossings of Charlottesville is fairly good, most times, Went there the other day, me and my wife were treated so rude by no one other then a female manager by the name of Stephanie, she seemed as if she didn't want to be there, she was very rude to my wife. As a owner of a local Charlottesville business, I would never treat my customers the way she treated us, I guess that may be because she's not the owner, but if the owner knew how some of his/her employees were, they probably wouldn't be working there, so I'm sorry to say but MacDonald's worth crossings have lost my business.

Your Ruckersville store is and has been the absolute worse McDonald's in your chain with respect to speedy service. For years I find typically only one cashier working the front and customers standing and waiting for order fulfillment, typically with very frustrated and angry looks and expressions. It seems no one in management really cares as it is a chronic issue.
