Hello my name is LaPhill Knox. I’m writing this letter because I am beyond pissed with the unprofessional staff you have employed at the Fontana office they are racist and rude. According to Adecco staff at the Fontana office I have been employed with 4 jobs which is false I recall two. One I resigned from and the second one I was removed because of the managers disliked me because of my past. Adecco staff approved me for a shift in the San Bernardino area that started on Monday I told the recruiter before hand I had a doctors appointment and I will be able to start the following day I have a note to give you as well instead she mark me as a no call no show in the system and told me the position had been filled, she also told me to reach out to other Adecco around the area and see if they have any shifts available so I did I contacted the Rancho Cucamonga office and I spoke with Valerie and she told me she had two positions available in the warehouse one of them I already worked at and the second one was a shoe factory weekend position she told me over the phone that the position was mine and she needed me to come in and drug test the moment I got here they had us waiting outside doors in the cold the opened the doors late 8:45 to be exact I signed in and that’s when ginger approached me and told me to come to her desk She started off with a bad attitude I simply greeted her as I set down and she completely ignored me and asked what happened with your last assignment explaine

I would not recommend this temp employment office to anyone. I worked for them in Omaha, NE. They do not communicate and they are indeed shady. One of my assignments was ended but they could not tell me why exactly, they screwed up my pay as well. When I confronted them about it they said the job I was working for entered my hours for me AFTER I had already submitted hours due to accessive breaks but had no proof. Adecco is horrible, I've never talked bad about anything or anyone but these guys are disgusting.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, I worked for them through Quincy, IL and they are a very shady, irresponsible group. I worked for over a year through them in 2009 and I recently tried to go through them again and they claim I falsified information. I have proof of the so called accusation and when confronted they changed there story saying I falsified information on something else... Well, why did they not do their jobs and catch it the first time if I in fact falsified it, and two, how can you claim that I was in your office filling out paperwork when I have $150 thousand dollars and an entire file proving it to be impossible for me to be at your location!
