I called tonight and spoke to the manager and explained that the Red Wing boots that I purchased are the most uncomfortable boots that I have purchased, and would like to exchange them for a different pair, she told me that there is no comfort warranty with the boots that have a six month warranty. They did not say that a the time of purchase 2 days ago. I think when you spend the kind of money that I did on the boots, they should be a little more friendly and not hang up on people. They are still in good shape, and should have the warranty.
