Management is very slow at repairs, they will not return phone calls, windows do not leak they pour water when it rains. Standing water all around the condos, very bad parking. Receptionist and management are very rude when calling in for repairs. You are made to feel as if you have no right asking for a repair. Matainance men live right in the condo community and will not come over when needed. Mold and mildew smell inside condo when humid due to standing water and wet insulation between walls.
