I am writing in regards of the raise that is going to happen April 30th. to some of the employee's.I understand that us people that has been there 14 + yrs. are not going to get this raise. Doesn't our time and effort mean anything at all? This is so not fair at all. We work hard making sure all the parts are on the racks. The people that are getting this raise let us finish their work. Rows go out empty or half full. Who gets in trouble for it? We do. We were asked many times why didn't we put those parts on the rack, instead of going to the person that didn't do their work
