You need to know this if you need a contractor !
I needed to get new laterals put in before closing on the sale of a home and I had three days to find someone to do it, give me a price and get it done! (No small task.)
Town and Country not only gave me the lowest quote by $3000, but they had Diggers Hot Line out to mark, Got the permits and finished the job the very next day.
AND, AND.... They came in under their estimate, and will do the sidewalk repair in spring, no charge!
Think twice before having anyone else do your construction.
