No response to email after 3 days, their explanation: "we get a lot of emails". Clueless as to how to treat customers and build loyalty and referrals. Likely foreigners from some middle eastern or far eastern bunghole where most humans are viewed as lowly chattel to be exploited and/or ignored. Jackasses.
