An employee-owned, US-based company, CCI demonstrates an uncommon level of commitment to its stakeholder employees, customers and business partners. CCI is embedded in today's predominant patient accounting systems. Hospitals and physicians leverage the power inside their system to activate the most adaptive, comprehensive solution available for self-pay. From an integration pioneer, the CCI SELF-PAY ENGINE™ empowers healthcare leaders to deploy specialized or broad solutions that are easily configured, effective, and that keep pace with evolving strategies. CCI is configured and deployed from your patient accounting system to ensure an automated, low cost, user-friendly service that can be quickly activated. Our expertise in HIS, patient communications, revenue cycle management and payment technologies consistently yields process improvement and financial gain. Leveraging our integration with Epic and embedded software engines within McKesson, Meditech and Siemens, customers can rapidly implement CCI and experience immediate savings. Connect with us to learn more about activation in your system and to explore the variety of programs available. Based in Winston-Salem, NC, CCI was founded as an agency in 1972 to serve local physicians and hospitals in the area with a low cost collection service. With rapid penetration, we soon became the trusted resource to engage patients early in the collection cycle and our business quickly spread throughout the Southeast. By the early 80’s, CCI pioneered the integration of collection software into the base code of leading patient accounting products, giving hospitals nationwide easy access to our services. Today, we serve over 190 healthcare clients, some of whom have used CCI for almost 30 years, and we have been profitable every year since our founding.
