I've been renting from these guys for the last 5 years, and they are great. Brook is the guy running the show, and he is so easy to work with! He always responds quickly and effectively when we have any issues, and just seems super competent. May go so far as to say best landlord ever. His guy Mike does most of the repair stuff, and he always does a thorough job. Definitely would recommend this company if you're looking for a place to rent in North or Northeast Portland.
