This is a complaint i have with ken towery store @ 11300 westport rd. I brought my k 3500 in for 6 tires when they were completed i left and drove about a mile and the truck started shaking bad. This is a complaint i have with ken towery store @ 11300 westport rd. I brought my k 3500 in for 6 tires when they were completed i left and drove about a mile and the truck started shaking bad. Took it back they had rebalance tires again. When they were done i noticed their was damage to my hubcap. The manager said it was curb damaged, which it happened there. I recently had tires put on my 2010 dodge charger it was shaking again so i had to make an appointment to have looked at. Again they found all tires were out of balance which they did. I needed them to repatch 1 of the tires it had a slow leak, i arrived home and saw that the rim that the tire was repaired was damaged went back to the store, manager said same thing i hit a curb.I didnt hit a curb in any one of my vehicles.I told manager their help needs to be more careful and do the jobs right the first time. This store has put new tires on 3 of my vehicles in a year and damaged 2 rims on 2 of these vehicles. ken towery will not get one more penny of my money and i will tell friends and family of the poor experience ive had with ken towery.,
