I am very disappointed with your company. We paid a $500.00 deposit onj Oct. 27, 2012 for a tour to Alaska leaving July 3, 2013 our final 4999.99 was due April l5th and we had not heard a word from you. We called April 9 and said what is the deal and, guess what, it has been cancelled and you have not contacted us or returned out deposit until we had to call you. Very bad business practice and shoddy service.
