Not impressed. They were recommended to me by my architect. I talked to one of their reps, sent everything he asked for and he said he'd have something to me in a week. A week later, I'm calling them to check in. Said he'd have something in three days. Still nothing. I call a third time and said I was assuming they'd decided not to bid on my job. Still nothing. Don't bother--they don't want your business.
