This is by far the worst experience I have had since being a customer for over 3 years. I own a 2012 Altima and had an erie feeling the minute I got their that something would come up missing out of my car. I asked the car wash attendant for my key sensor back to insure that it would get lost. Needless to say that an hour later after checking my car, a pack of cigarettes came up missing. Now, a pack of smokes is a trivial thing to get worked up over. However, after speaking to Christian Shultz, general manager(general a**hole), I was blown off as well. The customer is always right no matter what the situation is. I should have been reimbursed, but instead was told not to return. Besides, why would I make a big deal over a pack of smokes? The reason is because it could have been money, jewelry, or anything else of value that could have come up missing.
