I recently perchased a window pellet stove from the lewiston branch, we woke up on christmas eve to find the unit had failed and my house was cold, I called the branch we got the unit from and they gave me a # to call for parts, no answer. So I called corprat and talked with "Brian" asked him what they could do for me, he told me to go to the branch we got the unit from and they would be glad to swap it out with a new one. I began removing the faulty unit and recieved a call from the lewiston branch and talked with Zander the assistant maneger, said he had one waiting for me, I went and made the exchange, they were very nice and apologized for the in- convenience. I installed the new unit and it works fine. This realy was exillant service on the part of Paris Farmers Union and would like to thank you guys for saving my kids chrismas!!!!I I will do buisness with you people any time Thanks you very much.
