A Long Island home builder, Prestan Homes is an established single family homebuilding company. We will help you design and custom build your new home. Choice building sites are available in the Suffolk County area of Long Island, New York. A Long Island home builder, Prestan Homes has been building custom homes since 1973. We have designed and built hundreds of quality homes in the rolling treed communities of the North Shore of Long Island, in areas such as Huntington, Miller Place, Mount Sinai, Port Jefferson, Rocky Point, Shoreham, Stony Brook, Southold, Mattituck as well as in the Hamptons. Mr. Prestan personally contributes to each stage of the building process, from site selection, to design and construction management and finally to delivering the key. We can also build from your ideas and plans by sitting down with the Builder, Architect and Buyer to design the home of your dreams.
