STAY AWAY!!! Renters beware, the owners are rude people who only want your money. u ask them a question they give u the look of u nothing more then a number to them. They have no housemaids to come in and clean once in a while. they say no pets but make exceptions for others. They will open ur door if u don't answer immediately to come at early hours of the morning because wrong room and/or spray pesticides in the room without ur consent. The place is looks nice on the outside til u step in the rooms, the bathroom stinks, Bed bugs in the room from 1-8 (maybe more) rooms, if you have children don't even bother unless u think its okies for someone to scream at your kids. They call it an apartment when it is a cheap hotel that looks it should be paid by the hour. I have watched a fight of two men and two hookers on the property fight over money here as well. There is no cooking allowed in your room. Tiny microwave, tiny fridge, nasty beds and sheets with stains, the only plus about the place would be the view.STAY AWAY DONT WASTE 195 a week on no service dirty rooms and owners who take more pride in the grass then the actual rooms. The office hours are 6-8 everyday except Wednesday when they are closed. meaning if u are stuck in traffic and cant get back good luck not having ur stuff put on the front door step when u get back because u did not pay in their hour frame. I have gotten better service from motel 8, 6, and any other place u can think of. Ask those who live there.
