I recommend this lawyer to anybody out there that wants to get screwed BY THIS SOB. #1 if it's a workers comp. case you have to do all the work yourself. he kept on LYING to me about requesting my rating PAPERWORK from the doctor. I HAD TO DO THIS MYSELF. then he charged me $50.00. didn't request my medical records from California, so i didn't get medical for my neck. AND HE KNEW ABOUT IT. when we went to court THAT'S WHEN I FOUND OUT... HE GOT MORE OF MY SETTLEMENT THEN HE DESERVES. he was suppose to file against the place that i got hurt, he waits until 3 weeks after to drop my case, for against the place i got hurt at. so i don't recommend him for workers comp.
