I hired TK services to do construction work for my new business. Although the service was done, my experience was indeed challenging. Granted, general contractor work and their schedule can be delayed, and I can understand that part. But the biggest stress about my experience was that the sub-contractor who worked for TK spoke extremely poorly of the owner when he was not around, adding even more insecurity and buyer's remorse. For a portion of the job that was added due to the wrong floor plan drawing, the subcontractor had to be paid cash as the subcontractor is not part of the company and conducts private work for TK's clients. That cost me over 6K. Once the construction was completed, He never came by to fix the problem we encountered after he promised to come. As a business owner, I do not want to write any bad reviews for any business, but this service is something I feel the need to speak up about. If you are one of that financially abundant Korean businesses, they may bend over backwards to get your job done for money, but if you are just an average person who's trying to build a business, I wouldn't recommend this service.
