Puts profits over safety. Omly does repairs when the government is imvolved but its patch work. I'll gladly provide proof. This business also crosses boundaries, takes advantange of women and violates ohio revised codes. Enters units unlawfully, plays on the phone calling, hanging up leaving no messages, has inappropriate conversation, offers no reql remedies to issues at the properties owned or managed by this business, tbis owner and his silent partners. This business participates in bait and switch tactics. This. Business/owner claims to mentor prison inmates, communications of this business ower belittling his workers, those whom he and the business employ,menter or lease units to contradicts the facade they put on when first meeting. Health hazards, hostile emvironment and extreme unethical behavior by this business owner and some associates. The business claims to not want alcoholics, drug users or other undesirables at the properties but as long as the lease amount is paid in cash, vouchers or eden the business tolerates verbal and physical violence, threats and health hazards.
