DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Cyberlaptops took 2 weeks to replace a fan in my laptop. I experienced a myriad of horrible business practices with them. When I asked to see the invoice for the fan that they finally used in the replacement, the owner got upset and started yelling at me for "opening a chapter of mis-trust" what I suspect was that he used an old part and avoid telling me. I asked him for the Fedex slip from the "overnight shipped" item that he went to great lengths to source, he again got upset and told me that I had no right to see it. WHAT'S MORE! When I came home to text my laptop, my video card was totally UN-responsive. I called him back telling him that the laptop was not functioning the same as when I brought it in...He insisted that he did nothing wrong and offered that I bring it in for him to look at again, at a fee of course. THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS WITH TERRIBLE PRACTICES. IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
