So today my neighbor had some repairs done to there electrical service. My neighbor asked if they can use my driveway to provide better access to perform the repairs. I agreed. The company they hired - Philips Brothers Electrical Cont. Inc., Glenmore, Pa. https://philipsbrothers.com/home , used my driveway to do the repairs. They brought two large commercial vehicles to complete the work. One of those vehicles damaged multiple parts of my driveway including crushing the edge and damaging my yard. They did not place any protective equipment between the outriggers and the driveway and left numerous small dents. Essentially nothing to preserve MY investment. I called the company to discuss fixing it and they said, and I quote "F you, sue me. Your neighbor told us to park there so go f- in ask her to fix it" So i said " they didn't ask you to damage my property", " but you did". I said you need to fix it. He hung up! I have included some pictures of the damage. It is not major by any means and would have been a simple fix and gesture. I am a little frustrated (a lot) by the way it was addressed so enjoy the read and if you want to repost and share feel free to do so. I would appreciate it. This is not how business should work. I have been in business for 30+ years - you learn some things. You learn you are not perfect. You learn to do what you were hired to do. If you mess up, you go back and fix it at your expense. You don't make the same mistake twice. You don't make excuses. Simple really.
