Hi Mr John. Moorsee, This is a new Complaint July 13, 2013 I am still upset they have not mowed our grass at all this time, they are letting it die off. It's not weeded nice like the office. Now I find out that they are NOT HELPING THE TENANTS WITH THEIR NEEDS. JOHN IN E-24 HAS BEEN HERE FOR 25 YEARS AND HIS AIR CONDITONER IS MESSED UP AND KEEPS RUNNING UP HIS BILL. I KNOW FOR A FACT that on our contracts they have to be fixed. the new maintenance man Leonard says he's doing things and isn't. He calls me trouble too. I need senior rates on my place before Aug. 2013. Please help us.!!! I did love it here and I can't afford to move!! 816-671-0999.! May 17,2013 I live at your St. Joseph Mo 64506 Broadmoor Apts apt. E-3 I truly love to live here, but I would like to have my lawn mowed. weekly like everyone else. I know I am on a bank but the last 3 years, it was kept up. I would like to thank you for my new lighting. after the fact of being robbed one evening. When we first came they said, our rent would be a Senior Pricing of $450. now it's went up this year $25. plus they tell me it's going up on my next lease. I have lived at Broadmoor in 1987 and I have never had a problem like this. Just because I got the lighting it was for the whole building. I shouldn't have to get a raise every year.
