PLEASE READ!!BEFORE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY!02/27/17 Hello,I'm New to the city of Jacksonville,FL all the way from California,I have bought my home with water issues here in JAX.Since I'm new around and don't know much; I have contact this company which their slogan seem pretty attractive"We make Water Happen"to help me out with my problem!They had three trucks coming in to fix my water problem expecting me to know what was the issue!(thats the reason I had called them in the first place,to come and suggest me what are my best options or what do I need to do)instead they came in and started working on a old well that was already there! Seem really unprofessional 3 young men with let me say no experiences at all,smoking cigarettes the whole 3 hours they where here,absolutely didn't solution me nothing!The problem doesn't even start here.That day 02/27/17 the tree red trucks left! Saying they'll come back and finish! Leaving me with no water at all!The next day I called and called the company to see what had happened!I was communicating with a lady their secretary or what so!Which was really unhelpful and told me that one of their guys was coming back to pick up the money of the labor of that day!LABOR!?They didn't do nothing!And she told me they had to do a new estimate on what to do next!?I gave her my email waiting on her response! Never go nothing!02/28/17 at my door I had the guy coming in to pick up the money!For a job that's was never even started or done!Today 03/01
