Since 1971, Hazelwood Homes has built homes all over Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa. We specialize in custom home building in Geneseo, Coal Valley, Kewanee, Milan, Sherrard, Rock Island and Moline.
Hazelwood Homes began in 1971 with a used van, a few basic tools, a spiral notebook as a ledger and some lofty goals. In the many years since we continue to have steady, controlled growth and now build 25 to 30 homes per year. A vast majority of our business is repeat and referral from pleased homeowners.
