5/10 I don't recommend compact for employment. There are good people there, but work isn't steady despite the busy season. I am a certified powertruck operator but that's the only thing I don't do. Pay is barely minimum wage with one 30min break for 10 hours of work. I brought a quality issue with one of our products to my superiors attention and I haven't had scheduled work day since. Despite praise for hard work and diligence I find myself losing hope and paid work.
