Banyan International Corporation. Our Business is Saving Lives. Banyan International Corporation was founded in 1972 by two surgeons in Abilene, Texas, and a business man from San Antonio, Texas. Banyan's primary goal was to provide life-saving emergency equipment to physicians and dentists in a compact, organized, easy-to-use format. The first emergency kit produced by Banyan International Corporation was sold in 1973. Since that time approximately 100,000 physicians and dentists have gained access to Banyan emergency kits. Now Banyan kits are found in Commercial airliners, in embassies worldwide, and even in the White House. Our expanding product line includes tactical medical devices and kits for military and law enforcement applications.
